Kappa Vevichathu

Kappa Vevichathu - Recipe from blogs

Ingredients:
Kappa/Tapioca - 2 nos.( 1 1/4 kilo)
Onion - 1 nos.
Curry leaves
Mustard
Red Chilli Flakes
Salt
Oil

Method:
Cook tapioca with salt. Drain.
Heat oil. Splutter mustard seeds. Add in onions, curry leaves & red chilli flakes. When onions turn brown, add it to the cooked tapioca & mix well.
